Privacy Policy

A Brief Hello.

I’m Diana! My website address is:, and everything in this policy is applicable to this website, and does NOT apply to any web applications I’ve created that link to this website. For information on App Specific privacy practices, see the in-app privacy policy.

I don’t use cross-site tracking on this website. If you have enabled “Do Not Track” requests on your browser, then…awesome! But tracking is not enforced on this site, so that setting will just sit quietly in the background while you’re here.

How I Use Your Data

I don’t collect much from you, but there are a few instances in which I might save your information, or pass them on to a third party. They are…

…you contact me:

If you send me a message using a contact form on this website, your e-mail address will be sent to me, and will be stored on my web server so that I can continue to correspond with you.

Contacting me does NOT imply that I have consent to share your information with anyone, ever, nor does it imply consent for me to contact you in a marketing capacity at a later date.

you leave a comment:

If you leave a comment on this site, you are opting-in to saving your name, email address and via web cookie. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

…if you interact with embedded content (YouTube, Files, etc):

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). If you interact with a media clip that I have not personally hosted on my own server, I will display a notice above the content, but I have no control over how or what information the third party provider of the content saves from your activity.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

I will do my best to display these details when available, but I will not be held responsible for data collected by third parties.

How Long I Save Your Information

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be saved indefinitely. I do this so that I can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

“Will you share my data with other people?”

No, but visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, and third-party providers might collect some of your data (see above). If you request a referral from me, that is considered a private communication and does not fall within the scope of this privacy policy.

What I do to safeguard your privacy.

I’m serious about privacy. This site is protected with an industry standard secure-socket layer (SSL) certificate. You can click the lock icon in the URL bar of your browser to learn more about the SSL certificate on this site.

Can you erase my existence from the internet?

No. Sorry.

But I can erase you from my OWN website, if you’d like! You own your own data. As long as I am not required to keep the information for administrative, legal, or security reasons, I can erase you from my site.

If you have sent me a message, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I have about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. Again, this does not include any data I am required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
